    Returns & Eligibility

    We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

    • Free of any signs of wear or damage.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

    • Skincare, makeup, and beauty tools that have been opened or used.

    • Herbal products, teas, and consumables.

    • Custom or personalized items.

    How to Request a Return

    To initiate a return, please email christinalouisecerone@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number.

    • The item(s) you wish to return.

    • A brief reason for the return.

    Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    Refunds & Processing

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

    Exchanges

    We only offer exchanges for incorrect or damaged items. If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item (if eligible).
