FAQs Is this a sexual workshop? No. This is a sacred couples healing experience rooted in tantra, communication, and energy work. All practices are fully clothed and non-sexual. Do we need experience with tantra? No prior experience is required. This workshop is accessible, gentle, and guided step by step. What if one partner is more open than the other? That is very common. The space is designed to meet each partner where they are, without pressure or expectation. Will we be asked to share publicly? No personal sharing is required in the group. All vulnerable exercises are done privately between partners. Is this suitable if our relationship is struggling? Yes, as long as both partners are willing to show up with openness and respect. This is not crisis counselling but can support deeper understanding and repair. What should we wear? Comfortable, modest clothing that allows you to relax and move gently. Will there be food? Yes. Light, nourishing food and tea will be provided to support grounding and integration. Is this inclusive of all couples? Yes. This work honours all couples and all expressions of partnership.
