This will be held outside as the sun goes down to be joined by the night stars and the sound of the ocean.

Please bring along:

- Keep me Cup for your Cacao

- A yoga mat or some kind of rug to lay on

- Blankets or sleeping bags (we will be outside so bring as many blankets to keep you warm)

- Pillow for your head and to sit on if needed

- Journal & pen

- Dress warm 

Weather dependent, if we are going to have heavy rain then we will reschedule, but a little light rain we will still go ahead.
